Important Notes

#1 First thing, we are asking you to consider joining our team by voting for My Own Films for Talent Sharing with a US$1/Rs.45 donation and on choosing for 1- 5 Star, the voting is automatic. By donating $1, you are voting for this project, saying,
"Count me in. I’ll help spread the word; I want to see this become a reality."

#2 All money transaction will be through our “Aamar Nijer My Own” accounts as for US$ in our Citibank New York branch a/c and for Rs. in our Axis Bank a/c at Kolkata. Account # Provided on Request. Also a sponsor could send in account payee cheque.
“Aamar Nijer My Own” is a not-for-profit Incorporate with a 501C register in New York County, USA and also a Charitable Trust with an 80G registered in Kolkata, Bharath. Cash could be accepted only in one process, where you would fill up a ‘deposit slip’ to our ‘Aamar Nijer My Own’ account, which we would deposit for you in the bank.

#3 All Money Transactions will be exempted from Income Tax.

#4 *The Chief Producer with a 51% Share will be always “Aamar Nijer My Own” at My Own Films. The rest will be shared with Co-Producers according to the number of members in their Star-Power.

#5 Acharyay Korak Day is the Founder and CEO of “Aamar Nijer My Own” and also My Own Films, hence he will be the CHIEF of all films in decisions, art and the final product, until he appoints someone else to look after the same.

#6 A Co-Producer could be an individual or an Institution as long as they follow the Rules at My Own Films, made for the smooth Sailing. Any ‘experienced’ Helpful Rule for the benefit of our objective and for My Own Films is welcome.

#7 The Star Category (as 1-5 Star), of Talent/Time Sharing will depend upon their Market Value of Talent and the time they give for fulfilling the needs of the feature-film.

#8 The status of all the Backers of all Stars and also of $1 Registers will be available for Public viewing but the status of money spent will be available only for Co-Producers, from 2-Star through 5-Star.

#9 You could go for one feature-film project at a time or for more films but that needs to be stated separately.

#10 The amount of funds accumulated will decide the shooting quality as per camera, stock, sets, actors, technicians, other expenses and also the post production like sound, editing etc and the Marketing of the film depending upon the final product weather it is shot on film or HD or DV etc., but the film will be made for sure.
